Your own events calendar is FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE

  • show only your events, or events only from certain categories
  • your data come out looking fancy or brief and ready for printing
    (great for printing out and faxing as a press release)
  • utilitize custom look and feel by using your own:
    • header and footer
      (for photos, graphics, contact info, link to your main page, etc.)
    • font color, background color and background image
  • complete the custom look by showing the data inside a frame, with your own buttons around the calendar
  • advanced users can edit headers and footers at will using a special password-protected edit account (previous hands-on experience with HTML necessary)



STANDARD FORMAT

    All of the information we have on the event, inside a white and green box. Displays the data with a link to and a logo of the organization which is putting on the event.

    For the advanced users, a special account is available where a different photo can be used for each and every event (photos of bands and entertainers, logos of event sponsors, seasonal logos, etc.)

This setup is great for listing events entered under the same account, where repeating of some of the same info (such as the links, email addresses, etc.) would be redunant.



BRIEF / PRESS RELEASE FORMAT

Brief format, great for creating of a secondary custom events calendars to be printed out and faxed as press releases. Great for venue press releases where much of the omitted information would be repeating and redunant.

Saves additional time for publicists who no longer need to make a separate press release on top of updating the website(s).
